We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Custom Bobbleheads & Figurines:
Please keep in mind that although we do our absolute best to capture the likeness of our customers, products will not be perfect. No one can guarantee perfection. However, we will make the necessary revisions until you are satisfied (within reason). These are comical caricatures, not a wax model replica. Some hair styles may obstruct the head from bobbling. In this case, we must shorten hair at shoulder length unless customer requests we do not do so. Keep in mind that bobbleheads are created to be humorous and misrepresentation of any kind is unintentional.
Product images in store are for display purposes and actual product will vary depending on artist assigned to carry out the order as well as the materials being used.
Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards for payment. This includes Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover. Our site uses a secure server and all data transmitted is encrypted. Using your card is always safe and secure at Face It Figures. Your order is charged at the time it is placed. If any non custom item is out of stock, we will issue refund the next day. Secure payment through Paypal is accepted as well.
Payments by check or money order are accepted. Please keep in mind that these forms of payment take longer to process and may result in delay of receiving custom goods. Any other item will be pulled and held until payment arrives and clears. You have 10 days for the funds to reach us. If not received within time frame, custom item orders will be cancelled and all other products will be returned to stock. Any check that is returned unpaid such as a bounced check, is subject to a $25 fee in addition to the original check amount. This amount must be paid in certified funds. If a bounced check and fee remain unpaid, we will have to report it to the national check verification center we use.
Refund & Return Policies for Custom Products:
Bobblehead and custom figures purchasers may cancel their order at any time before work starts for a full refund. That's why we offer our 24 hour grace period.We understand that circumstances may change or a customer may simply change their mind. If we do not receive a request to cancel within this time period, we will assume customer is committed to order and we will begin production. Please be sure that you are willing to commit to your purchase before placing the order. After the 24 hour grace period, you agree my order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event your not happy with the product. Most of our clients are Happy with their custom bobble head or figurine, some are not. These are not meant to be exact replicas of your face.
If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from ordering. Remember, these are specially made to order and cannot be restocked.
All customers will receive proofs of our work as well as unlimited revisions for free. Remember, the faster you follow up, the quicker we can get your item out to you.
If for some reason a purchaser receives their item and are not satisfied with the original, we can create a new one for an additional $25 per piece including shipping.
No post shipments refunds are permitted. Although we package our products as securely and safely as possible, we understand that accidents do happen. In the case the product arrives damaged or lost by our carriers, Face It Figures will provide a free replacement of the product if sufficient proof of damage or lost merchandise is provided. You must file your claim within 24 hours from the time you received your item.
Refund & Return Policies for Non Custom Products:
We do accept returns for all other products in our store as long as product is not damaged and is in the original packaging. If there needs to be a return due to error on our part, we will pay shipping charges as well. Otherwise customer will receive refund minus shipping.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
Face It Figures is committed to creating custom products that are sure to be the highlight of birthdays, weddings, holidays and more. We want you to be comfortable in purchasing from us. All customers may cancel their custom order any time before work begins. Unlimited revisions can be made free of charge. However if customer is unreasonable, our staff will address the issue to resolve. (Ex: customer is being unrealistic with their requests). Purchasers may request replacement if not satisfied with bobble or figure for an additional $25 per piece including shipping. We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase but is subject to receiving good pictures prior to production. Please try to follow the guidelines in sending well taken photos. The better the photo, the more we can capture personal features. Of course, poor photos will make it difficult to render the best product.
Payments and Proccessing of Invoices
By accepting these terms of service, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please do not request our services unless you are committed to your purchase. Face It Figures has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Face It Figures prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card, paypal or wire transfers. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. An order may be invoice separately. Face It Figures has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. Face It Figures is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Face It Figures and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. For all but consumer purchases, Face It Figures reserves the right to charge you a late penalty charge of 1% per month applied against undisputed overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, you will continue to be charged an additional late penalty charge.
FraudYour acceptance of these terms
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES are highly monitored in our site and if fraud is detected Face It Figures shall resort al remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
