Each doll or figurine is sculpted and painted to your specifications. We stand by our work and know that you will be amazed by the likeness. Whether you use our pre-made body types or order a fully custom piece, we will make the necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied (within reason). Please be aware that although we create as close a replica as possible, smaller items or images will not allow as much detail as a larger item. Also, these are comical caricatures, not wax model replicas.
2. Can you make dolls or figurines of celebrities?
We cannot make these products of any athletes, musicians or actors. However, we are allowed to use political figures and NCAA athletes, as these would not infringe on current US parody laws.
3. What exactly do you offer in terms of custom products?
We have a vast variety of body types from molds to choose from. Be it bobbleheads or full scale figurines. If you would like a doll or figurine fully customized based on a photo or detailed description, we can do that as well. We also create busts and pets. All products have different size options.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
* Very Important - If ordering for a special occasion such as a birthday or holiday, it is imperative to order custom products well in advance. This will help to insure timely delivery. Unless you use our expedited delivery service, standard delivery time is about 5-7 weeks. Depending on how many revisions are made and how fast you respond to proofs, it could be as little as 3-4 weeks. Remember, these products are made to order. After sculpting, products need to be proofed by our quality control team and the customer before painting. The faster you respond to the proofs we send, the more it will help speed up the process.
* Orders will be shipped within the first 48 hours of completion of the sculpting process which include customer response time, proofing etc.
* The exception is for any order placed on a weekend or holiday since warehouses are closed and lead-time may vary.
* We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Here Are Our Shipping Options. Please keep in mind that time frames shown include production as well as delivery time. (also depends on how fast you respond to proofs.) We have several rush options available. We try our absolute best to ensure delivery within a specified time frame, but there are instances where customers are not able to approve fast enough without amendments to make their deadlines. Depending on the option chosen, proofs may not be available for review on account of that deadline. In this case, our staff will personally review the proofs. Please keep this in mind when choosing your rush option.
Only standard shipping is available for anything completely custom. Since they are being created from head to toe, it will require more proofing and revisions.

5. What photographs are required?
Remember, the better the photo, the better the likeness of your bobblehead or figure. We would like both a portrait shot (taken close up and straight on) and a close up side view photo. If possible, full body shots would be great as well (especially needed for full ratio figure) Facial expressions should be similar to those you would like on the doll or figure. If you cannot meet these requirements, send the best photos you can. If photos include more than one person, please specify which person is subject for your order. You can upload photos to our site or mail your photos. Please note, sending by mail will take a bit longer. If you want us to return mail photos, you must include a postage pre-paid envelope with the photos you send. Otherwise, photos will be discarded. Please include name, address and order number when sending photos.

6. What is the difference between your bobblehead and full size figurine?
While the bobblehead is created using caricature type affects, oversized heads and made to be humorous, our figures are true body type full size sculpts. Figurines can be made 8 or even 12 inches in length. (We can also make a non-bobble big head figure. Just make the request when filling out the form after checkout.)
7. Do you accept refunds or returns?
Here at Face It Figures, we take pride in our work and want our customers to be completely satisfied in purchasing our products. That is why we have our satisfaction guarantee. (Please see policies page for additional information) * All purchasers may cancel their order at any time before we start the work and receive a full refund. We provide a 24 hour grace period for customers to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be made after work begins. Of course, unlimited revisions can be made based on your comments. (Please see policies page for additional information) * Purchasers may also request a replacement item if they are not satisfied with the original for an additional $25 per piece including shipping. * We cannot accept returns on any custom product as these items cannot be restocked.
Remember, these are not meant to be exact replicas of your face. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from ordering.
For damaged custom items due to shipping, please see policy page. We do accept returns for all other products in our store as long as product is not damaged and in the original packaging. Customer will receive refund minus shipping.
8. What kind of proofs will I receive?
All customers will receive photo proofs via email. Unlimited revisions can be made free of charge. Customer will receive proof before and after painting. There can be no changes to the sculpt after product is painted. The only changes that can be made is the paint color. Response will be needed within 48 hours, otherwise the proofs are considered approved and the order will be completed and shipped.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also accept payment through Paypal, by check or money order.

11. How does Face It Figures protect my information?

12. Your products seem a bit pricey, why?
We try to make every attempt to offer the best product at the lowest possible price. There are many factors involved in creating these products. All products are hand painted and sculpted upon request. This means time and production costs are involved. This does not include ongoing costs to keep our business afloat. Believe us, once you open that package and see a doll with an amazing resemblance, you'll know you've made a great decision. 13. What is the difference between a head only and a fully custom piece?
head only: we put your head on a body that you choose. There are no changes made to the body unless you decide to add accessories (found in custom options category)
fully custom: each one of our products has a fully custom option. That means you can take the body pictured and alter it. (change the pose add large items etc.) If nothing in our store interests you, check out our custom options category. Here you will have the option to create a bobblehead or figure completely based on your idea. Give us your special instructions or we can create whatever pose given in the photo you submit.

18. Can you give me a quick rundown of the bobblehead and figurine making process?
We Sculpt the Head - we will hand sculpt the head(s) based on the best photos given with your order order. At this time, you will be able to make any changes to the facial features, nose, mouth, eyes, etc. Changes are done if necessary at no charge. Once you approve the item we continue to the next phase. Once approved, no further changes can be made and if so, may require an additional fee. The head will then be baked.
Next Comes the Body Proof (for fully custom orders) - we will hand sculpt the body to resemble the photos given or based on your specific instructions. At this time, you will be able to make any changes to the position, pose, form etc. Changes are done if necessary at no charge. Once you approve the item we continue to the next phase. Once approved, no further changes can be made and if so, may require an additional fee. The body will then be baked.
Ta Da! The Finished Product - during the final stage, we will show you the finished product, at this time you can look at the colors used and make changes (paint application only) if necessary. We can change the colors once without charge. Remember, at this time the product is completely baked and cannot make any changes other than paint application.
Just remember we try our absolute best to satisfy our customers but these are meant to be caricature type pieces and bring out the more distinguishing characteristics of a person. They are not an exact replica.
19. Why do your $79 bobbles look different than your $98 bobbles?
Good question. We work with several different artists with distinct talent giving you the option of choosing the look and feel of the bobblehead that appeals to you. One that appears to be more caricature type, and one that focuses a bit more on characteristic features.
